My career in technology spans over two decades, beginning with a deep dive into the.NET ecosystem. As a Senior and Lead Engineer, I honed my technical skills building robust and scalable software solutions. Transitioning into leadership roles as an Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering allowed me to focus on building effective teams, defining technical strategy, and ensuring successful project delivery.
